A Complete Suite of Visual Architecture

We don't just capture spaces. We design how they should be explored.

We start from the outcome you want to drive: selling, booking, presenting, or documenting. With that goal, we define what to capture, how to guide the exploration, and where to activate the experience so it becomes a useful tool, not just a visual piece.

Digital sovereignty with LUM360

Every project is delivered as a complete digital asset, not a captive rental. Unlike closed platforms, LUM360 prioritizes technical freedom, continuity, and control.

Your digital experience.Your asset, always.

You receive source code, optimized media, and a delivery ready to plug into your ecosystem. No mandatory lock-in: a business tool you can host, share, and keep.

Option A
Deploy on Your Own Infrastructure

Integrate the asset into your web ecosystem

Option C
Offline Virtual Tour

Local executable for offline presentations

We can deliver the tour as an executable for your Windows or macOS computer, or as an experience prepared for virtual reality headsets. It doesn't need internet to run.

Internet Dependency
No connection required

Ideal for trade shows, sales centers, showrooms, training sessions, or presentations where the connection is limited or nonexistent.

The file runs locally on the compatible computer or on the virtual reality headset agreed on for the project.

01

What sets a professional virtual tour apart from one made with apps?

The camera is only 20% of the result. What determines whether a tour sells—or just takes up space on a server—is the visual direction, the lighting, spherical correction in post-production, smooth flow between scenes, and technical optimization for web and mobile.

An amateur tour can look grainy, have abrupt transitions, or load slowly on a phone—and the prospect unconsciously reads that as a sign of low quality in the property or business. At LUM360, every project goes through a full editorial workflow: strategic briefing, directed capture, visual retouching, interactive build, and testing on multiple devices. The result isn't just a tour: it's a conversion asset.

02

Do virtual tours really speed up sales and closings?

Yes, and the mechanism is straightforward. In Cancún and the Riviera Maya, a significant share of high-value buyers and renters come from other cities or countries. Without a virtual tour, the first qualifying filter happens at the in-person showing—expensive, unpredictable, and only for highly motivated prospects.

With a tour, the prospect has already vetted the space and made up their mind before contacting you. In-person visits turn into closings. Our Todo Inoxidable case documented a 35% reduction in the closing cycle in 90 days—without increasing the lead acquisition budget.

03

Will it work on phones, tablets, and VR headsets?

Yes. Every LUM360 project is tested and optimized for iOS and Android (Safari and Chrome), desktop computers, tablets, and WebXR-compatible VR devices.

Loading is optimized for mobile networks: modern formats, progressive loading, and lazy-loaded scenes. Your client can explore your property from the airport in Mexico City or from an office in Miami—without installing an app.

04

What do I need to prepare before the shoot?

Very little. Before the shoot, we hold a strategic briefing call where we define the visual script, the scene sequence, the features to highlight, and the key hotspots.

On capture day, we just need the space clean and ready to show—as if you were expecting your best client. Direction, supplemental lighting, capture, post-production, and building the tour are on us.

05

Do tours help with SEO and Google Maps?

In two different ways. First, on your website: tours increase dwell time, a relevance signal that Google weighs in its organic rankings.

Second, on your Google Business Profile: 360° photos increase interactions and improve your visibility in the Local Pack—the three featured results for local searches like "restaurant in Cancún" or "dental clinic Tulum." In the era of AI Overviews, a profile rich in 360° content also raises the odds of being cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.

06

Can I fully own the virtual tour?

Yes—and this is what sets us radically apart from Matterport, Kuula, or any SaaS tour platform. Our philosophy is Digital Sovereignty: we deliver the source files, the build code, and all of the project's media assets.

You can host the tour on your own server indefinitely, without paying anyone a thing. If you prefer our optimized infrastructure, you pay a monthly fee based on the size of the project and, unlike a SaaS subscription, you never lose access to your files.

07

How long does production take?

A capture session for an apartment or commercial space typically takes 2 to 6 hours. Post-production—visual retouching, hotspot integration, and performance testing—is completed 24 to 72 hours after the session.

For complex projects with multiple floors, custom multimedia elements, or event experiences, we set a specific schedule during the briefing. We never deliver a tour that hasn't passed visual and technical quality control.

08

Can you add videos, hotspots, and interactive elements?

Yes. You decide the level of interactivity. We can add: navigation and information hotspots, videos embedded in the scene, ambient music, additional galleries, contact forms, WhatsApp buttons, digital menus (ideal for restaurants), interactive floor plans, comparative 3D renders, and custom calls to action.

The experience can range from a clean, minimalist tour to a full multimedia presentation with multiple points of sale built into the scene.

09

Do I need to pay for Matterport or another outside platform?

No. Matterport charges between $69 and $309 USD per month to host tours that stay inside its closed ecosystem. If you cancel the subscription, the tour disappears.

LUM360 works with its own technology and 3DVista—professional-grade software that produces tours with no watermarks, no platform dependence, and no perpetual fees. The production cost is a one-time investment (CapEx). You own the asset.

10

What types of businesses benefit the most?

Any business where visual trust influences the decision to buy or book. The most direct cases: real estate agencies, developers, Airbnb hosts, boutique hotels, experience-driven restaurants, clinics and medical offices, yachts and boats, art galleries, showrooms, industrial spaces, schools, and gyms.

The rule is simple: if your customer needs to "see it to believe it" before committing, a virtual tour is your most efficient closing tool.

The camera is only 20% of the result. Visual direction, lighting, post-production correction, smooth flow between scenes, and technical optimization are what separate a conversion asset from an amateur tour that breeds distrust. Every LUM360 project goes through briefing, directed capture, retouching, build, and testing on multiple devices.

LAB360 · Interactive experience lab

Your brand, turned into something people want to play

At LAB360, we turn a business into an interactive experience. These are gamified tools that run in the browser, with no downloads or installs: visitors explore, decide, and play with your brand instead of just looking at it.

These five experiments are our own, built for you to try. The same method works for your hotel, your real estate agency, your restaurant, or your industry.

Can you picture a game with your brand inside? Visit LAB360 to see all the experiments, or tell us about your business and we'll design an experience tailored to you.

Your property, brand, or business deserves to be experienced, not just seen.

The first step is a no-obligation strategy conversation to understand your needs and propose solutions.
